Before we can offer you the tenancy

The law asks us to check your identity and your right to rent in the UK. You can do it from your phone, over the next two weeks.

  1. Share your passport and right-to-rent code

    Your passport from its chip. If you are not a British or Irish citizen, a right-to-rent share code from GOV.UK, which we check ourselves.

    This demo is not connected to its verification service yet, so it cannot start a request.

  2. Face check

    A short camera check on this site, so we know the passport is yours.

  3. Sign the tenancy agreement

    After the checks above.
